World cancer day 2022 is celebrated every year on 4th February. Its purpose is to make people aware of this serious disease. Liver cancer causes the highest number of deaths worldwide. Although many reasons are responsible behind this cancer, but due to wrong diet, this disease progresses rapidly. Usually it starts because of too much junk food. Junk food is not considered good for health as it does not contain any.

हर साल 4 फरवरी को वर्ल्ड कैंसर डे (World cancer day 2022) मनाया जाता है. इसका मकसद लोगों को इस गंभीर बीमारी के प्रति जागरुक करना है. दुनिया भर में लिवर कैंसर की वजह से सबसे ज्यादा मौत होती है. वैसे तो इस कैंसर के पीछे कई वजहें जिम्मेदार होती हैं लेकिन गलत खानपान की वजह से ये बीमारी तेजी से बढ़ती है. आमतौर पर इसकी शुरुआत बहुत ज्यादा जंक फूड की वजह से होती है. जंक फूड सेहत के लिए अच्छा नहीं माना जाता है क्योंकि इसमें कोई भी पोषक तत्व नहीं होते हैं.
