Laparoscopic non anatomocal Liver resection & debulking for Neuroendocrine tumor NET

This is a male patient with a past history of surgery (Small bowel resection) for Ileal neuroendocrine tumor (NET)/carcinoid. Patient developed recurrence in the liver and diaphragm after a gap of 4 years. Underwent Laparoscopic wedge liver resection with diaphragmatic resection and repair.
