Lap/vaginal anterior exenteratio with vulvectomy and ureterostomy for cervical cancer recurrence

In this video we show a case of a relapsed cervical cancer with involvement of the vaginal vault and the bladder up to the urethra.The patient was previously submitted to radical hysterectomy with adjuvant radiotherapy. During the laparoscopic time, total cystectomy with bilateral ureterostomy was performed. Surgery has been completed by total vulvectomy with positioning of a mesh to widely cover the Retzius space.
