Improving responses to immunotherapy for patients with endometrial cancer

Domenica Lorusso, MD, PhD, Catholic University of Rome and Fondazione Policlinico Gemelli IRCCS, Rome, Italy, discusses a variety of possible treatment options involving immunotherapy (IO) for patients with endometrial cancer. These include IO monotherapy, IO in combination with hormone therapy, and IO in combination with chemotherapy and/or PARP inhibitors. Dr Lorusso discusses ongoing clinical trials looking into these areas and the importance of determining which patients would benefit most from which treatments. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Asia congress 2022 in Singapore.
