Our colleague Georgina Hannaway, Cancer Physical Activity Practitioner at PCW, has created a second 20 minute low to medium home workout designed for cancer patients.
Video 2 training consists of a series of full body strengthening and mobility exercises to keep you physically active, improve your quality of life and help you feel better.

Remember, regular exercise can reduce stress and give you more energy. There is also strong scientific evidence that being active can help people with cancer:
