I'm Scott Dale, 29 from Port Talbot, South Wales & a year ago I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. This is a diary that I've created to document my progress through the cancer process. "My Cancer Journey" if you like.

HELLO!!

Firstly, I need to apologize for being absent on my channel since my last update following my last chemo in October 2021. I had my phone Stolen and my back up phone has no sound haha. I'm so sorry & gutted as I wanted to document everything step by step.

It has been a year since I was diagnosed. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?! This video is just me describing how life has been since I finished chemotherapy. In the end with all the delays my chemo lasted around 8 months. I've had quite a lot going on since then, with our business & trying to make a living again, the cost of living crisis, Covid over Christmas and a death in the family. It has been a lot.

Nobody can prepare you for the adjustments you make during chemo, but equally, nobody can prepare you for the adjustments back to reality. It sometimes takes you by surprise.

I hope everyone is well. I will be updating more regularly when I get my new phone at the end of May. Thanks for watching.

Scott.
