15 years old girl suffering severe dysmenorrhea with otherwise normal menstruation. US scaning revealed bicornuate uterus with hematocolpos, hematometria and hematosalpinx. large opening of the hematocolpos was performed under trans-hymeneal hysteroscopy. 2 months later a complete relief of pain is observed and the vaginoscopy showed patent hemivagina.
