In December of 2013, George Gring began his fight against Burkitt’s Lymphoma after his dad found a large mass in his abdomen. Following diagnosis, George endured 5 rounds of chemotherapy and multiple lumbar punctures and surgeries. His family learned his cancer was in full remission in March 2014. Thanks to Texas Children's Cancer Center, George is now living the life of a healthy six-year-old. He loves playing and watching football (especially his favorite team, the Carolina Panthers) and spending time with his little brother, Wade.
