Gastric polyps#

A 57-year-old man was referred for follow up digestive endoscopy for esophageal varices.The endoscope revealed multiple small sessile gastric polyps in the body and the pyloric region.
Types of gastric polyps:
#Fundic Gland Polyps
1- sporadic polyps,
2-polyps associated with proton pump inhibitor (PPI) use,
and3- syndromic polyps (i.e., familial adenomatous polyposis [FAP] syndrome).
