Gallbladder Cancer

Multiple MRI images demonstrate abrupt cutoff of the extrahepatic bile duct at the level of the liver hilum, with significant proximal biliary dilatation. Postcontrast images demonstrate subtle soft tissue thickening and enhancement along the margin of the gallbladder extending into the porta hepatis. This constellation of findings represents gallbladder cancer with biliary obstruction 15BMR111
