Flyers Star Oskar Lindblom Diagnosed with Rare Bone Cancer Ewing Sarcoma

News broke on the afternoon of Friday 12/13/19 that 23 year old Swedish born forwardOskar Lindblom had been diagnosed with a rare bone cancer Ewing Sarcoma. Lindblom was tied in first place for goals scored with 11 this season. The details of his diagnosis and the progression have not been stated, however his team and the entire Flyer organization, as well as the NHL and entire NHL fan community have rallies in support of the young star as he begins treatment and the road to recovery.
