This Video is showing an excercise Group for Lipedema and Lymphedema patients from the Lymphedema Clinic Wittlinger in order to achieve a better volume reduction of your armlymphedema or leglymphedema. Note: Patients need to be assessed individually and exercises prescribed by a therapist based on the assessment. Please consult with your therapist before beginning an exercise program.
