ESD for early rectal-anal cancer

ESD for a lesion that was supposed to be T2 by MRI. EUS staging showed T1 staging. So, we opted for ESD resection for both staging and eventual radical treatment. Final result R0, High Grade dysplasia. This patient spared an unnecessary anal amputation.
