بیمار خانم میانسالی است که یا شکایت سرگیجه از دوسال قبل آمده که اخیرا تشدید یافته و تاری دید چشم چپ نیز پیدا کرده است
به دنبال بررسی ها تومور اپیدرموئید بصل النخاع تشخیص داده شد که طی عمل جراحی با وجود چسبندگی فراوان کامل برداشته و اعصاب و عروق کاملا سالم حفظ شد .
