ENDOMETRIAL CANCER

We know carrying excess body weight isn't good for your health. Now doctors are diagnosing women with a certain type of cancer more than ever before. They're saying it's related to obesity.

Endometrial Cancer is being linked to excess estrogen. When women are overweight, estrogen is produced in the adipose tissue. So you have higher levels of estrogen that aren't combated by progesterone and so that leads to an increased risk of endometrial cancer.
