March is Colorectal Cancer Month, and a new study shows that colorectal cancer cases are rising in adults in their 30s and 40s in the U.S. And while in 2018, the American Cancer Society’s recommendation is that screenings start at age 45, this can often be too late for someone who gets cancer in their 30s or 40s. Dr. Joe Stilwill, Medical Oncologist at Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute discusses signs and symptoms, and urges people to know their risk, and get screened.
