Carol Burke, MD, FACG, FASGE, discusses pediatric familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) and colorectal cancer at the 2014 ACG Annual Scientific Meeting in Philadelphia, PA.

She shares her expertise in inherited colon cancer syndromes and comments on some management practices.

Burke said, “all the research related to the use of anti-inflammatories in FAP have shown a mild reduction in disease burden, but it’s not a home run yet.”
