Detecting prostate cancer with PSMA PET

A new imaging method called the prostate specific membrane antigen PET scan helps physicians detect more prostate cancer cells so they can be treated. When David McEowen discovered he had a recurrence of prostate cancer, his physicians used PSMA PET as part of his treatment plan. Today, David is cancer-free.
