Pleuropulmonary Blastoma is a malignant pediatric lung cancer that is highly aggressive and very rare. It carries a poor prognosis Here we have a 3 year old male patient with a history of persistent cough.
There a 4 types of PBB
Type I - mainly cystic with malignant cells
Type Ir - cystic without evidence for malignancy
Type III - Cystic with nodules
Type IV - Solid
