Cases:
1. 80 yo man with scar-like plaque on scalp. 
2. 70 yo man with violaceous nodule on nose. History of rhinophyma.
3. 80 yo woman with blue-red ulcerated nodule on scalp.
4. 50 yo woman with periocular mass. Clinical impression: rule out cyst. 
5. 70 yo man with slowly growing periocular mass.
6. 80 yo man with painful ear nodule on antihelix. Clinical impression: rule out squamous cell carcinoma. 
7. 15 yo girl with solitary plaque on scalp.  
8. 25 yo woman with firm nodule on cheek. 
9. 50 yo man with erythematous scaly papule on nose. Clinical impression: wart. 
10. 17 yo boy with nodule on posterior neck.

1. Desmoplastic melanoma 0:00 (vs spindle cell melanoma 24:14) 
2. Angiosarcoma 09:01
3. Merkel cell carcinoma with squamous cell carcinoma 18:10
4. Extra-nodal Rosai-Dorfman disease ("burnt out" with abundant sclerosis) 28:22
5. Primary cutaneous mucinous carcinoma with in situ component (endocrine mucin producing sweat gland carcinoma precursor) 38:13
6. Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis (CNH) 46:13
7. Nevus sebaceus 52:57
8. Desmoplastic trichoepithelioma with perineural involvement 1:00:36
9. Trichilemmoma 1:09:47
10. Inverted follicular keratosis IFK 1:13:55
