Caoimhe talks about her Ewing Sarcoma experience

Caiohme was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma at age 18 and lost her leg as a result. Here she tells her story about her diagnosis and what kept her smiling every day during her treatment.

We're very sorry to report that Caoimhe lost her battle with cancer in June 2019. Before passing away, Caoimhe told her family she would like her video to be used to increase awareness about childhood cancer and Ewing Sarcoma. The Irish Cancer Society extends its deepest sympathies and condolences to Caoimhe's family and friends.
