Anirudh, an HR professional, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Type 2 on 05 March 1995. Anirudh went through 32 chemo cycles, 48 Bone Marrow Transplants, and 42 radiation cycles. Observation, Maintenance, and Relapse are three stages of cancer treatment. Cancer was considered taboo in his society, but his family and friends supported him. Thus he emerged victorious just like a "Phoenix" emerged from the ashes.
