Underwired bras and push up bras are not at all related to breast cancer. As such the bras are only supporting the breast. There is no definite relationship between breast cancer and bras at all. but just for good health of the breast and to increase the blood supply, it is always better to use bras which are very comfortable, whether you are using underwire of lift up, you should feel comfortable, that is most important because anatomically breast receives blood supply from underlying muscles. There should not be blockage of this blood supply by any pressures as much as possible.
