This video captures Lorenzo's progress and growth. He is doing SO well despite a few hiccups along the way. He is growing FASTER than an average baby plus meeting milestones. This video is intended to bring awareness to babies with BWS. He is a true fighter and survivor.
Our son was born with a rare disorder called Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome which is an over growth disorder causing macroglossia. We know that he has a long journey ahead and it may not always be easy. In the beginning, the road ahead will be bumpy however as time goes on, his journey will be smooth sailing ⛵.
He is in good hands...Doctors, specialist, mom, dad, family and friends, Guardian Angels and God above are all supporting him. He already has so many friends and family supporting him through prayer, love and warm thoughts.
