Exercise is important for anyone at risk for or diagnosed with lymphedema and includes a combination of flexibility and stretching exercises, strength training, and aerobic exercise. In this video, I share with you some gentle exercises to help those of you who are battling lymphedema. You should always have medical approval before exercise and be sure to wear your lymphedema sleeve if prescribed by your doctor.
