Meghan Martin was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer while seven months pregnant with her third child. She was seen the next day at the Program for Young Women with Breast Cancer at the Susan F. Smith Center for Women's Cancers at Dana-Farber. Martin, who says that diet and exercise played an important role in her treatment plan, went on to participate in her first Pan Mass Challenge, an annual bike-a-thon that supports Dana-Farber, in 2013.
