Bethan Cawley's Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) story

"I convinced my husband that there was no need for him to come as it was just an over-zealous GP referring me; a waste of time him coming as there was nothing wrong. Well, what an hour faced me!"

When Bethan Cawley began experiencing painful sore throats in 2015, she believed it was down to glandular fever, so she was shocked when she was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL).
