Donald M. Miller, M.D., Ph.D., FRSM, Professor of Medicine, Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Biochemistry and Microbiology, James Graham Brown Professor of Oncology, and Director Emeritus, UofL Health - James Graham Brown Cancer Center at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, presented “40 Year Evolution of Melanoma Treatment: Death of the Miracle List" at University of Louisville Department of Medicine Grand Rounds on September 24, 2020.
Dr. Miller’s talk focused on discussing the principals of immunotherapy for melanoma, explaining the history of melanoma treatment and role of basic science in developing new therapies, and identifying principles of adjuvant treatment of solid tumors and role of immunotherapy in adjuvant treatment.
