Andrew Evens, DO, MBA, FACP, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, discusses the management of post-transplant complications in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), and important factors to consider when patients are offered autologous transplantation. Dr Evens also highlights the use of brentuximab vedotin and checkpoint inhibitors for post-transplant maintenance therapy, and summarizes other considerations for high-risk patients.
