Based on an MRI finding showing a lesion in the 4th ventricular wall in the brain, the radiologist came to the opinion that the case could be suspected as a Medulloblastoma or a Pilocytic astrocytoma. An intraoperative frozen section was sent in for pathological examination which gave the possibility of a cellular tumor either high-grade glioma or a round-cell tumor.
