Dr Collins draws focus to the use of checkpoint inhibition for the treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma. In this video, Dr Collins discusses a presentation on the use of pembrolizumab, a PD-1 inhibitor, combined with ICE chemotherapy. Preliminary findings in this study included a good response rate in patients, high and durable progression-free survival (PFS), and no impairment of stem cell collection. This interview took place at the 63rd ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition, Atlanta, 2021.
