Sellar and Suprasellar paraganglioma excised completely with endonasal two nostril four hand tech. with neuro surgeon Dr.Vijay Iyer.
Debrider used beyond sphenoid sinus on the fibrous tumor sitting on the pulsating brain.
wonderful reconstruction with hadad flap.
Includes pre and post op. images.
Very rare case only handful reported in the literature.
