Clinical History:
A young female patient came with the history of
- Amenorrhoea for 4 months
- Small pervaginal bleeding for several days
Ultrasound Findings:
- Bulky uterus
- Echogenic central uterine mass with internal diffuse cystic areas forming honeycomb or snowstorm appearance.
