We are back with another Childhood Cancer Warrior's story. ๐
Many Childhood Cancer warriors share their stories to inform and inspire the Society and one such story is of Saksham. ๐ฆ
He was in class 8th when he got diagnosed with Medulloblastoma which is a type of cancerous brain tumor. ๐
When most of the kids of age 12 are busy in school activities and playing with friends, Saksham's life revolved around hospital visits, chemotherapy and routine check-ups. ๐ฅ
He didn't understand much about the treatment and the reasons why he wasn't allowed to go to school but through every thick and thin, he fought like a true warrior. ๐ช๐ช
In his own words, he has described the whole experience as a life turning event which shaped him into a better human being and today at the age of 21, he is studying at one of the most prestigious institutes of India, IIM and is a motivation to every childhood cancer warrior who is struggling with emotions and sadness. โค
