Male Breast Reduction | Before and After | Dr. David Stoker
We do a lot of gynecomastia surgery at our practice. Gynecomastia is a treatment of male breasts when they appear somewhat feminine due to excess breast tissue. This patient, in particular, is a fit 28-year-old patient that had excess fat and glandular tissue in his chest. We used power-assisted liposuction to remove the fat from his chest gently. We also performed a bilateral mastectomy where a minor incision was made to the lining of the areola to remove the glandular breast tissue, giving him an overall more defined and masculine appearing chest.
