Lymphedema drainage, or lymphatic drainage massage, is an important part of managing lymphedema and swelling after breast surgery for breast cancer, including mastectomy and lumpectomy. Radiation can also attribute to breast swelling. Follow along for a FULL manual lymph drainage (MLD) routine for breast and chest lymphedema. I describe the techniques and sequence I use to decrease lymphedema and also address fibrosis.
