Luke Dreams Big with Lanto Griffin and Ron Rivera
Twenty-one-year-old Luke lives with Hereditary Leiomyomatosis and Renal Cell Cancer (HLRCC), along with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
When Luke was just 19, he spontaneously took a genetic test which indicated that he was predisposed to have cancer. Immediately thereafter an MRI showed a small mass which turned out to be HLRCC.
However, Luke doesn't let anything stop him from living life to the fullest. Thanks to Dream Sponsor, the Wells Fargo Championship, Luke’s Dream to spend time with professional golfers came true!
Luke and his family enjoyed the Wells Fargo Championship at TPC Potomac where Luke spent one-on-one time with PGA Pro, Lanto Griffin. On top of being VIP at the Wells Fargo Championship, Luke and his family were invited to an impromptu trip to the Washington Commanders’ practice facility. There, Coach Ron Rivera led Luke on a tour of the facility where he met coaches, players, and even the Team President, Jason Wright.
