How do you reduce your risk of getting lymphedema after Surgery for Breast Cancer? The information provided by various providers and online may be very outdated, so be careful. Since 2018, there has been significant changes, supported by research, to what we know is true vs what is more of a myth. Unfortunately, this can be very confusing and cause limitations and barriers to individualโ€™s living their daily lives and quality of life.

This video is here to provide what the updated knowledge is (as of 2020) to clear as much confusion as possible. Yes, I understand it's still a controversy, but this video is my personal opinion on the topic, based on the research. Please remain respectful if you'd like to discuss other opinions.
