Veterans with bladder cancer related to Agent Orange exposure recently received a boost in their VA disability claims. This year, Congress passed the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that added bladder cancer (along with two other conditions) to the Agent Orange presumptive condition list. What does this mean? Basically, Veterans no longer have to provide the VA with a link between service and their bladder cancer if they can prove they were exposed to Agent Orange in service. In this video, Berry Law Veterans advocate and Marine Veteran Seth Chambers explains what this ruling means. If you have bladder cancer and you need assistance getting your VA claim approved, contact Berry Law for a free case evaluation.
