Dr. Allison Grimes, Co-Director of the AYA Program at University Health System talks about how Cancer is the leading cause of disease-related death for adolescents and young adults ages 15 to 39. The survival rate in the past five years has greatly improved for children and older adults with cancer, but that’s not the case for these patients. Learn what we are doing to help change their odds through our Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Program.
