10-Minute Cardio workout for Lymphatic health and Lymphedema

This 10-minute cardio exercise routine can be followed for lymphatic health or lymphedema and lipedema. It's a full-body routine, meant to get your heart rate up and improve circulation, blood flow, and lymphatic fluid flow This is an exercise routine to stimulate the lymphatic system, as well as strengthen and improve overall health.
